Arcus, the Robinhood Chain venue for stock tokens and perpetuals, published new fee schedules on 20 October 2026, effective Friday 23 October at 00:00 UTC (Arcus blog). Crypto and real-world-asset perps now have separate tables. The "beta discounts on crypto perpetuals end": crypto Tier 0 is 0.015% maker and 0.045% taker, falling to 0.000% maker / 0.023% taker at Tier 4 and small maker rebates at Tiers 5 and 6. RWA perps keep today's rates: zero maker fees at Tiers 0 to 4, taker from 0.0225% down to 0.0095%. Spot stock-token trading remains free of Arcus fees.
Every tier threshold is cut in half: Tier 1 now starts at $2.5M of rolling 30-day volume instead of $5M, Tier 6 at $1.5B instead of $3B. Crypto and RWA volume are summed to qualify, but each market uses its own schedule. The practical effect is that RWA traders reach discounts sooner while crypto perp traders pay standard rates for the first time since the July beta.
Two other changes landed the same week. On 19 October Arcus began rolling out multi-asset collateral: early-access accounts can post eligible stock tokens and wrapped ETH against perp positions. On 21 October Arcus Mobile went live in early access in supported Asia-Pacific regions, with a global launch dated 12 January 2027. Earlier in the month (1 October) the venue moved from manual whitelisting to invite codes and started Arcus Points Season 1, 250K points a week, described as "a participation metric only".
Arcus remains unavailable in the US, UK and Canada, and we have still not found a published audit report. Our fee figures for Arcus will be updated to the new schedule.
