It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or use any token, exchange or service.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Before acting, consider consulting a qualified, independent professional.

02 No warranty & limitation of liability

dexwatch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

• Figures may be delayed, approximate, incomplete or wrong. Where data is unknown we mark it "Not available" rather than guess.
• We do not guarantee that the site will be available, error-free or secure at all times.
• Links and "Trade" buttons lead to independent third-party exchanges we neither operate nor control. Using them is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dexwatch and its operators accept no liability for any loss or damage — including financial loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, its data, or any third-party service reached through it.

03 Data & figures

Live figures are pulled from public providers — token price, market cap and 24-hour change from CoinGecko, and volume and total value locked from DefiLlama — and blended with a curated reference snapshot where a live source isn't available. Crypto data moves constantly, so treat every number as a close approximation, not an exact, real-time quote.

The dexwatch score is our own editorial 0–100 rating, computed transparently from public figures (liquidity, longevity/security, cost and a small risk penalty). It is a quick signal to aid comparison, not a guarantee of safety or quality.

04 Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links — typically the "Trade" buttons — are affiliate links. If you sign up or trade through them, dexwatch may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the site free.

Affiliate relationships never influence our rankings, the dexwatch score or the data shown. Ordering is driven by the metrics, not by who pays. Where a venue has an affiliate arrangement it makes no difference to how it is rated.

05 Privacy & data protection

We built dexwatch to need as little of your data as possible. In short: there are no accounts, and we do not collect personal data.

• No sign-up, no personal data. You can use the whole site without giving us a name, email or wallet.
• No tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics that profile you.
• We never connect to your wallet and never ask for keys or seed phrases.
• The only information we receive directly is what you choose to send us — for example, the contents of an email to contact@dexwatch.com.

Your preferences (theme, layout, watchlist and Academy progress) are stored only in your own browser and are never transmitted to us — see the next section.

06 Cookies & local storage

dexwatch does not set tracking cookies. For the site to work, a few small values are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only:

• Appearance settings — theme, accent, density and layout.
• Your watchlist — the exchanges you star.
• Academy progress — which lessons you've marked complete.

These are purely functional, stay on your device, and are never sent to a server. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

07 Third-party services

When a page loads, your browser fetches live data directly from third parties (CoinGecko, DefiLlama) and loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When you follow a link to an exchange, you leave dexwatch for that third party. These providers receive your request (including your IP address) and operate under their own privacy policies and terms, which we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, data practices, or availability of any third-party site.
